We offer a fair, friendly and approachable service for you and your Guests. We are looking for more good quality homes to join our successful rental marketing service and property management. As a co-op we can offer a very different approach to Property Management. We are partnered with the world’s top producing Vacation Rental websites whilst offering a local, Guest focussed service that cares about your home and your rental income. To achieve these goals we have three distinctive parts to our cooperative.
1: Property Management Team. We work as a co-op of Family Based Property Managers (Often a local Couple or Family) to look after a small number of homes each. Each Owner gets to know their dedicated Managers and has easy direct and regular contact with them as well as a very personalized dedicated service for your home.
2: Quality Inspection Team. We have employed inspectors that manage the quality of service provided by our cooperative property managers and also provide a 24/7 rapid response service. Our Property Inspectors are Guest Focussed and work to provide an excellent experience and successful vacation.
3: Rental Marketing Team. We are an ATOL bonded travel and accommodation provider and member of ASTA. We are ‘A’ rated by the Better Business Bureau and partnered with the world’s top producing websites for generating reservations including HomeAway, Trip Advisor, AOL Travel, Yahoo Travel, Hotpads and many more leading rental marketing companies. We have a 24/7 call center based in Seattle (to cover enquiries across all American time zones), Offices in Orlando and in the UK to respond immediately to potential Guest enquiries and ensure we provide the highest number of rentals possible. We also have three recommended Realtors in our Group for Property Sales.
Our cooperative approach is distinctive, approachable and effective plus offers great value and fairness.
Our Family Management Teams have many years service and we have been marketing vacation rental homes for five years with no tour operators or other cheap rates or deals. Changing Managers is a simple task and we ensure a smooth transition. We offer a Guaranteed Rental Performance of 15 weeks and pay all income credits to you monthly, plus 20% off our core management fee for 12 months and competitive prices for pool care and other regular services.
