We are obsessed and diligent in our approach to cleaning and have the very highest standards. We have hotel trained staff and ensure your home has that fresh and just cleaned feeling when each guest arrives. We do an arrivals check about two hours before a Guest arrives, this is to remove the inevitable bugs etc. that we get here in Florida. Pest control kills bugs it also helps stop them from getting into your home, but as you know Florida has some very persistent critters and we make sure a final clean is done as your guest arrives to ensure perfection.

Our staff are employed to check each of the cleans we do. We expect nothing short of the highest standards for cleaning your vacation rental home. We work with and are compliant with FDBR licensing and are subject to State Inspection Visits by Hotels Standards Officers. Simply put, your home is cleaned and checked prior to each and every Guest's arrival.

We also add those little touches that help make your Guests feel welcome, new bathroom rolls for every Guest, many hotels do not do this - we do. We provide garbage sacks, initial dish-washer tablets and little touches like tea / coffee to welcome your Guest.
